He was material cause of the legal ARGUMENTS and success of the Bush boyz, who couldn't have done
it without him.

He, not they, won the Gore v Bush case and wrecked a perfectly good state supreme court ruling.

Bad ruling from SCOTUS can sometimes be overcome.

This one changed American elections and history for the worse.

Where we are today is more John Roberts' doing than anyone else's.
