and if the brother was a member of a gov't union, then maybe they have a case. The brother may come out of such a lawsuit with a nice financial settlement, but this is not going to bring down the Presidency. No way, no how.
The White House will get up there and say he's entitled to advice from staff that he's comfortable with and trusts, and they will be right.
