there is the 15% factor. On any given day 15% of the people in that institution are going to be assholes. Sometimes it's your turn to deal with them. By and large I get excellent treatment at the VA. On one occasion I went to the patient advocate and the issue was corrected immediately.
Trump turned over operations to three of his Mar-A-Lardo cronies and services have declined. His goal is to privatize the VA and cede control to his corrupt mobster friends.
