3. The rate of increase IS dropping.

That's the mitigation talking. The "Stay Home" orders or recommendations. The mask-wearing, the 6-foot physical separation. It's working. But it has to be maintained. And probably for far longer than we'd like. If we let up too soon, the problem will just explode again. It's the discipline. There is NO quick fix. Unfortunately, that's all that Mr. Short-Attention-Span trump ever talks about. He's fixated on "very quickly." And that's not gonna work, here. Especially if you don't want a relapse!

THIS FIX IS GONNA TAKE TIME!!!!
