Should we all send our Mail in ballots certified return receipt?

14. i dont want to go into the post office any more than i have to as they are bogged down already

...and our post office is small and understaffed and theres always a line. I may drop it off at the court house just to keep the PO from being bogged down as we are ALL mail in in our state.

As it is, I have to go to the PO and HAND DELIVER to a PO clerk a birthday card that was returned to me because its over 1/4 inch thick! I had one returned 2 months ago as well. We are getting mail back with a easily removed sticker ( and stamps not cancelled) over the address stating that because of 'security reasons' there are now restrictions on the type of mail that can be picked up by the carrier.. (altho its picked up and then returned to me days later).

When I go in there Im going to ask them if the sticker is part of the effort to slow down the mail.
