1. The coup would, in my scenario, be against Trump (and thus it would be wholly extra-constitutional). That scenario is only dealing with my first part, where I posited what might be the only way to get him out IF he is sworn-in again as the result of a brazenly stolen election.
2. If you are referring to my use of 'coup' in the last part, that was meant to describe what Trump has and is doing NOW. It is not military in nature at all, it is quasi-constitutional (meaning twisting and ignoring parts of the constitution as well as previously-held norms and actions, but still paying lip service to legitimacy, still selling it as a proper and legal series of actions) and is indirect in nature. There is no military involvement aiding him in this.
