7. Bush was incompetent as president.

I never got the sense he had distaste for a giant slice of the country the way trump does. Bush can interact with people he doesn't agree with. He was a very bad president, but nowhere near in league with this guy. We're careening toward minority rule and trump is encouraging it, not fighting it.
