Eugenics is the study of arranging human reproduction in such a manner as to increase the prevalence of "desirable" heritable characteristics, or the elimination of "undesirable" heritable characteristics.

So, you're saying there are a lot of stupid people because stupid people reproduce too much, but you're not making a eugenic argument? That's really fascinating my dude.
