was tinkering with the map. Cook was like Oh (?) when Todd make questionable assumptions. Cook basically said some of the state polls are junk with potential leanings and the district ones were telling. He said he thinks it is more likely that the polls are understating Biden’s strength instead of overstating it. I believe Cook and Wasserman..
