Ever really believed there was voter fraud or that Trump actually won.

This was simply a grift to funnel money into a broke Trump's account.

Also, to establish in the minds of his base that Trump was screwed over and SHOULD be President, to allow him to run a shadow executive branch that bends Congress to his whims and keeps him in the limelight for the next four years.

It's a ruse. And like all of his quite-transparent moves, this one has been misreported from day one.
