6. No fifth amendment call

Manafort, flynn etc cannot plead the fifth because they are not at risk of incriminating themselves.

So they must tell truth or face new perjury charges that cannot be covered by a pardon (cannot pardon future bad acts).

If called to testify, they must answer truthfully or face NEW charges if obstruction or perjury.
