9. They think they want to live in the Wild West

The Frontier West had serious gun control. EVERYONE had a gun. It was a necessity. But when you went in to town, your first stop had to be at the police station to put it in storage (they gave you a claim check) and when leaving town, your last stop was to pick it up.

If Lauren Boebert would have decided she wanted to walk around town strapped, she would have been arrested quickly. If she would have resisted, she would have been killed by the police - and the whole town would have supported the cops.
