Most folks do not realize how iffy home monitoring is!! It is only as effective as the people are who are tasked with watching the computer screen. Mostly minimum wage workers who are overburdened with multi tasking!

Saw it 1st hand at a job I had briefly. I got out of that plpace quickly for precisely this reason!

Violent offenders should never be released, pending triall!
