This quote is shocking:

"Even with private insurance, many patients are denied coverage for immunotherapy or forced to cover up to 25 percent of the cost"

I'd like to see a deep dive into how that can be. I'd expect a bad financial outcome without health insurance, but this threat remains even with it.
