because two of our members won't get rid of the filibuster under any circumstances.

You know, I can have the world's best car, but if it's tank is empty and the gas station won't sell me it's gas, then guess what, it's nothing more than a giant car-shaped audio entertainment and storage device.

Manchin and Sinema ain't sellin'.
