(4,165 posts)40. 35 years ago I loved across the street from a unwed mothers home.
My two sons and I all came down with the flu. My boys could go through a gallon of milk in no time at all. Of course this was when we had milk delivered in the early morning, no matter what. I had 3 gallons of milk that I knew the boys couldn't drink. So I took it all over to the expectant mothers. They were very grateful for the small assist.
Just look around your community when you have extra food.

I hate Tim Hortons...all of ours have closed. True story, we went to one in Erie PA or NY...I forget
