It's only been the Repukes and Qidiots since Day One, and many of them aren't elected, but they're lying about it anyway. Office Fanone should be more forceful in calling out the ChumpHumpers for creating this criminal insurgency that he was in the middle of.

It has only been ChumpHumpers that are trying to whitewash it after the fact, as well.
