. . . that Sinema and Manchin are not very smart. After listening to each of them talk and respond to questions, it's clear that neither of them is above average IQ (and could be below average) and neither has any understanding of American history.

The "understanding of American history" part is simple: This nation has NEVER come to grips with the Civil War and we have NEVER implemented to full meaning of the 13th, 14th, and 15th amendments.

Of course, the two of them certainly do understand how to keep big donors happy.
