7. i got a notice like that too. it was SCAM mail!

it looked legit (except for a

it also said there would be a charge to redeliver the package

so i did and was taken to a fake post office website that wanted my info including credit card number to pay that $3 second delivery fee

i forwarded it to my kid and her phone wouldn't even let her see the email i sent because it was blocking it for her
