the orange maggot is all about perception(wealth, self-made, mental acuity)..vapid Ivanka probably had a lap-chat with daddy dearest...said kissing Vlad's ass, calling him a genius were bad visuals...so he tempered his fawning praise..Vlad=smart/leaders=dumb..he praised Zelensky only because he was savvy enough to co-opt the narrative and look good doing it...visuals...
