The humanitarian interest is huge as well. Innocent civilians being bombed in their homes and streets is horrific. We are not there to strip the Ukrainian people of their mines for gold or diamonds to enrich ourselves countries' of their own natural resources of value to the West. It is a different kind of struggle.
