Think about it: the turnouts for his rallies have already dwindled considerably. If he starts charging exorbitant amounts of money to get in, they're bound to dwindle a lot more. So if he wants to try this, I'll just make some popcorn and get ready to laugh my ass off.
Sure, he still has some worshippers. But they're a lot fewer and a lot less ardent than they used to be. Mark my words: if they have to start paying 5 grand just to enter into his presence and listen to the whargarble spill forth from his lips, the ones that are left will start losing interest fast.
Go for it, Donnie. I double dog dare you.
