30. My suggestion:

If you *have* to accept waiting for hours, do it! They have to let you in to vote if you are in line at closing time. I applaud you for doing your part. Sounds like they just weren't using all available resources. Bet that is the case in other locations as well. I love the idea of pre-programming the numbers into your phones. Don't let them steal your vote. Report any irregularities. Let's rock this place!
