23. Dianne Feinstein has been an excellent Senator for California

and an inspiring figure since she stepped forward to lead San Francisco in the aftermath of the murder of SF mayor George Moscone and Sup. Harvey Milk.

She is famous for having the arguably best staff in the Senate.

I can't imagine that she intends to run for another term. I am a fan.
