They've been acquainted for decades, and Walker stumped for him in 2020 and was generally sucking up to him. In other words, Walker himself as #1.

It's a mistake to assume that a poor fund of knowledge equates to too stupid to butter one's own bread -- very different things.

Otoh, I suspect "moral midget" might require further growth, but nice to be generous.
