During WWII Japan sent balloons carrying explosives towards America. [View all]

I believe their goal was to start forest fires out west. A couple and a group of Sunday school children went out for a picnic. The wife and the children stumbled upon one of the balloons that had landed. It exploded and killed the wife and 5 children.
