treaties that seek to control the flow of small arms, through the US, into other countries.

IOW, we really need to lay the ground-work for the next opportunity, similar to Benghazi, for US troops to get themselves killed for ________________________________________ .

Rand Paul and the NRA have legislation like this in Congress now. I will update myself/us on it soon.
