Maybe someone wasn't happy that it was only "among" the world's leading vaccines. Or maybe he wanted to leave to work for the WHO or Pfizer.
He could have been murdered by a sex partner, as suggested, the possibilities wide open, including that a story like that could be concocted to smear him in death.
