3. Didn't SC already rule religious freedom means not being subjected to the whims of the minority?

Jewish tradition, for example, prioritizes the mother over the fetus and has no proscription of abortion. Is not a pregnant Jewish person’s wish to have an abortion being blocked by someone else’s religious view?
