It is blasphemy for a Christian to put faith in gun before faith in God's promised protection
(prologue: These are her, not my scriptures.)

“Fear of man will prove to be a snare, but whoever trusts in the Lord is kept safe.”

“Do not worry about your life, ... Who of you by worrying can add a single hour to his life? Since you cannot do this very little thing, why do you worry about the rest?”
