...for what will likely be his failed bid for reelection.
I'd rather cut ties with Manchin and put all of our efforts into getting Gallego to take over for Sinema and securing all other Democratic seats in 2024. With a Biden win, that would mean we still maintain control over the Senate -- and in a much better position than we are today with the constant threat of Sinema/Manchin knifing us in the back.

If the Dems have a clear majority after 2022, they can hurt Manchin most by simply ignoring him.
