Poll: should stochastic terrorism NOT be protected by the First Amendment? [View all]

Before you answer, let me be VERY clear about exactly what I'm asking. This poll does NOT include what I would call "hate speech". I.e. "Group X is evil and you should not associate with them."
Nor does it include specific instructions for violence which are already covered by "conspiracy to commit" laws: "I want you to kill person X". or "I want you to blow up building X."
I'm only referring to IMPLYING, to a group of people, that violence should be committed against members of some other group, or a specific person. "Group X deserves to be shot on site for the things they do." or "Politician X should be shot for the laws they helped pass."
As far as I know, such statements ARE currently protected speech. Meaning as part of this poll, by voting "yes", you are agreeing that Congress should pass laws against stochastic terrorism and that you wish SCOUTS uphold those laws against the inevitable challenges to those laws.
Here is a very specific example of the type of person that could be prosecuted under such a law:

I'm curious where DU comes out on this.
Thanks for your time.
