If we don't like incrementalism, the solution is to elect more Democrats and give ourselves the strong Congress that moved the needle on Civil Rights and safety nets in the past.

We didn't get Social Security, clean air and water, and greatly expanded civil rights by ridiculing incrementalism. We got those advances with strong Democratic majorities.

We can do it again.
