18. The 11th Circuit did not "remove" Cannon. They reversed her decision, remanded the case back to her

and she complied with the appeals court decision by amending her order. Those facts, along with the 11th Circuit's express rejection of a ethics complaint filed against Cannon, strongly support the conclusion that the 11th Circuit isn't going to force her off the case (and that Smith won't ask them to do so ).
