Such a trans girl would actually have less development and less androgens in her system than the other girls meaning the trans girl is the one at a disadvantage. Less blood oxygen, weaker bones, and remaining at their pre-puberty height.

Even if they did have a trans girl who experienced an androgenic puberty they loose muscle mass under HRT. The question is how quickly do they reach cis female levels? Based on the answers from research on trans athletes we can determine the handicaps.

Because, let’s be honest. If a Cis girl had a condition that gave them an advantage there would be lawsuits and controversy and they would ultimately find someway to let them play.
