I hate being a woman and men not listening to me or not believing that I also have a brain.
I can think.
I can do things better than my male spouse.
I can do things that my spouse never even thinks of - like avoiding dark alleys in big cities.

I'll never forget last summer. We hired a landscaper to come help us with the yard. He kept looking at my spouse and speaking directly to him. My spouse have never mowed the lawn or even had a yard before he met me 20 years ago. He doesn't have the faintest clue how to take care of a garden or yard. That's my passion. And yet, when this landscaper came, all he did was disagree with my vision for the yard. He wanted to return this spring and it's a good thing I don't speak German because I would have given him a piece of my mind.
