11. This Is Why I Sought A Court Order

Right now it is all speculation over "could" when it needs to be "does" or "does not" and only the Supreme Court can decide that. Time is wasted because of inaction. This needs to be determined before the selection process begins. To do otherwise would deprive the Republican voters of selecting the qualified candidate of their choice. Process matters. Inaction shows a lack of leadership on the part of the 50 State Secretary of State. The responsibility for this is in their hands and they need to act now.
