According to Noel, Trump wears the Depends because his lifetime of poor diet and drug use have fucked up his GI tract, to a point where he has no control over it. Casler says they often had to go hose him down in shower during recording of the show. He also said that Trump hates taking showers, so he'll go without them, even after he soils himself. Hence, the stench. EEEEEEWWWWWWWW...
