I don't think that is true.

Bibi reminds me of Trump. He is acting to further his own glory and cement his political power. A phone call from Biden will make him totally reverse course and make peace? I have to be skeptical of that.

And if Bibi calls off his attacks, are Hamas going to stand down? I doubt it.

I'm not a scholar on Middle Eastern situations, but I trust that Biden and his team are navigating a road to peace that is full of ambushes and booby-traps. When your neighbors are fighting each other, there is only so much you can do.
