had Garland chosen to indict "individual one" who Mueller had all teed up for him. Having DOJ prosecute Trump for campaign finance violations makes more sense than the state of NY prosecuting him.

I am starting to wonder when I keep saying that Garland didn't want to appear to be partisan if maybe saying that is a mistake? Maybe I am being too nice to Garland?
