Trump is trying to hide the fact he has no money.
He just takes out new loans to pay his old loans.
Michael Cohen doesn't think the sale of the properties will yield much cash.
They are heavily mortgaged, so the lenders need to be paid back.
Then there are kinds of city, state, federal taxes to be paid.
Yes I am also eager to see the numbers when the properties are sold.
The numbers may be written in red ink, not black.
