It's the RW who think that they can run on this. They made that bet a year ago and are in disarray as Biden and his cabinet have proven steady and competent overseeing the decline in inflation and the rise in consumer confidence.

Yes, there are people hurting. Biden is much more in touch with that than Bush. Biden came from working class. tRump was born with silver bone spurs. So I don't get the thrust of your OP that Biden is somehow like GHWB.

Yes, there are people hurting, but not enough to sway the election. Further, they are more likely to blame the 1% that tRump belongs to than the President who picketed with auto workers.
