This is not legal hearsay. Cohen is testifying he heard Trump say that. And the point is that Trump said it, not whether or not Trump would have a hard time finding a 4th wife. It’s direct testimony.

Hearsay is an out-of-court statement presented to prove the truth of the matter asserted.
