But everyone here brings something to the table. Sure, everyone brings their personality to the table as well, but it's like any large family. You make accommodations unless someone is totally beyond the pale. I have only witnessed that once in 15 years, and with a non-managerial employee.

Guess I'm one of the lucky ones.
