Like Jay Sherman's standee that constantly cries, "Buy my book! Buy my book!," only it's Stinker whining "Witch hunt! It's rigged! Witch hunt! It's rigged!" And if they wanted to, they could mount it on a little track to make it go back and forth behind Joe while he tries to speak over it.
