Anyone can have fraudulent ID. The people at the border are used to doing this work and they sniff that stuff out. These men had their paperwork in order, had no criminal backgrounds, and passed their background checks. Then they obviously contacting people we were monitoring after they got into the country and the US then acted appropriately.
