Some form of investigation into his treatment needs to be done. I am sure it will be limited, like asking the police to investigate themselves. Mannings guilt or innocents and his treatment are two totally different questions. I could be wrong but I do think that he gave up his right to a speedy trial. I could be wrong, and if I am, I will shortly be corrected.
