53. I would guess this is a sudden and dramatic decline.

There were simply no real reports about this until earlier this year from proper sources.

There seems top be an understanding he has had a rough four months and is not in the shape he was even during the primaries. Unlike say Fetterman, this is not something that will get better over time.
