They're hypocrites to the extreme, because it's different for them when they mooch from the government in one form or another.
Paul Ryan comes to mind, whose rich family wouldn't be so rich without the government contracts they depend on, along with him using his father's government pension survivor's benefits to put himself through school, and having his family home declared a heritage site so that the government would pay for it's upkeep. Absolute hypocrite, and greedy, seeing how hard he worked to take away the opportunities he benefited from away from everyone else.
