He may be down the road to cognitive impairment, but he can still occasionally speak complete sentences. During the debates he still showed a lot of feral cunning.

I don’t think he’s impaired enough to persuade a plurality of right-wing voters to either sit out this election or even vote against him.

Like I said before, he’s had the Devil’s good luck.
